Is it really free to start?
Yes. Module 1 of every learning path is free — no credit card required. You only pay when you decide to continue to the full certification track.
What happens after I finish a course?
You receive a digital certificate with a unique verification link. You can share it on your CV, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn profile. Employers click the link and see your score, completion date, and the role it covers.
Can I book a 1-on-1 session with a coach?
Yes. Head to the Mentors section in your dashboard, browse available coaches by specialisation, and book a session that fits your schedule. Some coaches offer free introductory calls.
How does the Job Hub work?
The Job Hub surfaces roles that match your completed certificates. Each signup gives you 10 free job application credits. Additional credits can be purchased from your profile.

How do I become a coach on InTrainin?
Sign up with a business account, complete your coach profile, and set your availability. Our team reviews applications within 48 hours. Once approved, your profile goes live and learners can start booking sessions with you.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments are processed via Paystack at the time of booking. Your earnings are transferred to your registered bank account on a weekly basis, minus a small platform service fee.
Can I connect my Google Calendar?
Yes — and we recommend it. Connect your Google Calendar under Availability Settings and every booked session automatically creates a calendar event with a Google Meet link for both you and your learner.
What if a learner cancels last minute?
Our cancellation policy protects coaches. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session incur a fee on the learner's side. The specifics depend on your chosen session pricing tier.
Can I offer free introductory sessions?
Absolutely. You can set a session type as free when configuring your booking options. Free sessions are a great way to build your profile and early reviews.
